Al’dente spaghetti pasta with Chef’s tomato beef ragu and topped with parmesan cheese

Chicken MASALA

Chicken breast pan-fried in a creamy tomato masala sauce, served on a creamy mash potato and buttered broccoli


Pork belly

Cooked twice, served on a bed of pea and apple puree, wilted spinach, grilled Shark Bay scallops. Topped with a white wine and sage sauce



Slow braised in Moroccan spices, served with a fragrant preserved lemon rice, topped with a mint Greek yoghurt


Oven Baked Duck Breast

Served with maple and citrus potato mash, buttered broccoli. Topped with an orange segment sauce


Tortellini Pasta

Filled with Mediterranean eggplant, sundried tomato and peppers. Tossed through a chargrilled capsicum, napolitana sauce and parmesan cheese
